Kuroi Voron โนะโมโนกาตาริ ch.1 Printing Parts

 Chapter 1 : Priting Parts

Alright, I need to print all the parts, about 2 kg. of filament, with this ancient one . . . 😩. Lets try with Esun ABS+, I heard its easy to print.

Not over my comprehension
That tape, I tried to direct air to the nozzle (ghetto way)

As I research, this caused by something called Heat Creep. When printing with stronger filaments, The higher temerature are mostly required for both hotend and heatbed (in this case ~230°C hotend, ~90°C bed).

problem's anatomy

If the printer doesn't support high temprature printing, they will usually come with a smaller heat break and cooling. Which allows heat to travel up to the heat break feeding chamber and melt the filament before its even reach the nozzle, it also happen when the filament feed rate are too slowly but this this is not. From that

    *Kock* *Kock* *Kock* *Kock* *Kock*
The nozzle clogged with filament, PTFE tube melted

After I drill and burn all the clog out. I've tried a lot of solution its end up with Three modification

1. Odering new PTFE tube, The new one have higher operating temp enough to withstand the ABS heat and keep the heat break chamber cool enough

2. New Copper Head break. As anyone know, copper are great heat conductivity. A lot of people recommend to upgrade this part for printing on high temp. I don't remember what old one made off.

3. Improve cooling, The printer is currently printing inside the box. Maybe I need to be bout side the box. I need a cold air intake. I have a wiring tube lying around so its became a scuba diving. I cam up with "Polymer Cooling Duct with Fiber Reinforced Adhesive Housing".

the other end is pointing out from the enclosure
it's not stupid if it works

parts are ready!

Freshly Baked
This one use hair spray for bed adhesion
